  • At Etain you’re a vip: very important patient

    • As a medical cannabis patient, you automatically accumulate points with each purchase, which can later be redeemed for discounts on in-store or delivery orders. At this moment, only medical cannabis patients are eligible to earn points and participate in our vip loyalty program.

  • How the Etain vip loyalty program works

    For every dollar you spend, you earn 1 point. These points can then be redeemed for discounts up to $50 off future orders.

    • Points can be redeemed for monetary discounts up to $50 off future orders.
    • Our point system is as follows: 100 points = $5 off
      • 200 points = $10 off
      • 400 points = $20 off
      • 600 points = $30 off
      • 800 points = $40 off
      • 1000 points = $50 off
    • Please note that point balances reset at the beginning of each year on January 1. To keep track of your points, sign up and regularly check your balance!

  • How to check your points for Etain’s vip loyalty program

    • While medical patients automatically earn points with each purchase, we encourage everyone to create an account to monitor their balance. Here is how to get started:
    • You’ll receive a verification code and a link to complete your registration.
    • Passwords must be at least 8 characters, and contain at least 1 letter, number, and a symbol.
    • Once you’re registered and signed-in, check your point balance. You’ll have access to a dashboard, as shown below.

    • Flexible point redemption: Points can be redeemed for discounts on both delivery and in-store purchases, allowing you to save up to $50 on your orders.
