After the stay-at-home order issued by the State of Florida to limit the spread of Covid-19, we want to reassure our customers that all Florida Fluent dispensaries will remain open

For the safety of our community we are prioritizing Express Pick-Up orders, including: 

  • Curbside Pick-up (Except Casselberry, New Port Richey and Downtown Orlando)
  • Drive-Thru Pick-up in Casselberry and New Port Richey

Fluent curators continue to double-down on cleaning procedures and are implementing social distancing measures at all locations.

Curbside Pick-Up now available

Simplify your life by making your cannabis shopping even faster and safer with Curbside Pick-Up. Follow the steps below and you’ll be on your way:

Place your Express Pick-Up order online as you normally would (click or call). At checkout, check the box marked “I want to use Curbside Pick-Up”. You’ll be asked to enter your vehicle’s make, model, and color.
Please note payments are only accepted through CanPay or debit card (where available.) Cash payments are not accepted at Curbside Pick-Up. See below for more information.

We’ll send you a text message when your order is ready with the phone number to your local Fluent dispensary.

Once you arrive at the dispensary, park your car in the selected Curbside Pick-up area or in one of the open parking spaces. Call the phone number provided via text message. A curator will then verify your information and bring the order to your car window.

For our Casselberry and New Port Richey locations, please use the Drive-Thru option instead. Curbside Pick-Up not available at our Downtown Orlando location due to parking restrictions.

All Fluent dispensaries remain open

As of 03/20/2020 all Fluent dispensaries in Florida remain open and are maintain regular business hours.

We are prioritizing Express Pick-Up orders, to minimize the waiting time, and we are happy to announce that our Casselberry drive-thru for Express Pick-Up orders is open for all Fluent customers in the greater Orlando area.

In order to mitigate unnecessary exposure, limit public interaction, and give you a swifter, smoother experience. We encourage all of our guests to take advantage of this service for a quick in-store pickup and help keep all of us safe.

We are also pleased to announce that our Casselberry drive-thru for Express Pick-Up orders is now open.

What we are doing for our customers

  • Clean and Safe Environment. We are doubling-down on our cleaning procedures across the entire company, from our cultivation facilities, to our offices, to all dispensaries. 
  • Hand sanitizing stations. Available for all customers to use at every dispensary.

  • Stay informed from trusted sources. 
    • Visit https://coronavirus.gov to get the latest news regarding the spread of the virus and how it might affect your local community.
    • Visit https://www.who.int/ to get the latest info of the World Health Organization, updated daily.
  • Do not share cannabis consumption devices. Vapes, joints, pipes, or any other method of consumption of cannabis must be cleaned regularly as they may be used as a conduit for the spread of the virus. Good hygiene practices help all in our community.
