Position Summary
The General Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of a Fluent dispensary while ensuring compliance with all state regulations and company policies. This role oversees sales performance, patient experience, inventory management, financial accountability, team development, and operational excellence.

Qualifications
Required

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the security operations at our Tampa cultivation and manufacturing facility. This role ensures the safety of employees, visitors, and company assets while maintaining compliance with all applicable security regulations and company policies.

Position Summary
The Temporary Maintenance Technician I will work alongside experienced maintenance personnel to perform routine maintenance, facility upkeep, sanitation, and repair tasks. Essential Responsibilities

This temporary position operates primarily within cultivation and manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities include maintaining processing equipment, cleaning and sanitizing production areas and restrooms, and occasional use of standard office equipment.
Physical Requirements
Frequently stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and perform repetitive physical tasks.Lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently.Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.Perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
Schedule
This is a temporary position with hours based on operational needs. Overtime and holiday work may be required.
