Effective Date: February 5th, 2026, the FLUENT Rewards Program is offered by FLUENT Cannabis (“FLUENT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to eligible customers at participating locations. By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility: The Program is open to registered FLUENT customers who are at least 18 years of age and meet all applicable legal requirements to purchase cannabis products in their state. Participation is void where prohibited by law.
2. Program Overview: FLUENT Rewards allows members to earn points on qualifying purchases, which may be redeemed for discounts or rewards, subject to these Terms.

1. Earning Points: Members earn points on qualifying purchases made at participating FLUENT locations. Points are awarded based on pre-tax purchase totals unless otherwise specified. The standard earning rate is 40 points = $1 in reward value. Points may not be earned on taxes, fees, or excluded products as determined by FLUENT.
2. Redeeming Points: Points may be redeemed for discounts on eligible purchases. Points are redeemed on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis. Points have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or credit. Redemption options may vary by location and promotion.
3. Points Expiration: Points expire 180 days from the date they are earned, unless otherwise stated. Expired points cannot be reinstated
4. Tier Status: Tier status is determined based on a member’s qualifying spend over a defined period. Once achieved, tier status remains valid through the applicable qualification period as determined by FLUENT. Tier benefits, including multipliers and exclusive rewards, may vary and are subject to change.
5. Promotions & Bonus Offers: From time to time, FLUENT may offer bonus point events, multipliers, or promotional rewards. Promotional offers may have additional terms, including expiration dates and usage restrictions. Certain products or promotions may be excluded from earning or redemption.
6. Discount & Promotion Stacking: Rewards may be combined with select promotions at FLUENT’s discretion. Total discounts may not exceed 50% off unless otherwise specified. Stacking is not permitted on certain promotional or “target price” items. Additional restrictions may apply and vary by location.
7. Account Responsibility: Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information. FLUENT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of accounts. Fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program may result in account termination and forfeiture of rewards.
8. Program Changes & Termination: FLUENT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any part of it at any time without prior notice. Changes may include point values, expiration policies, tier structures, or eligible rewards.
9. Availability & Location Variability: Program availability, rewards, and benefits may vary by state and location. Not all FLUENT locations may participate in all aspects of the Program.
10. Technical Issues: FLUENT is not responsible for system outages, delays, or errors that may impact the earning or redemption of rewards. Temporary interruptions may occur during system updates or integrations.
11. No Cash Value: Rewards, points, and benefits have no cash value and are not transferable.
12. Privacy: Participation in the Program is subject to FLUENT’s Privacy Policy, available on our website.
