Fluent stands behind the medication and accessories sold across all dispensaries. Should you feel there is an issue with your products, please notify a curator immediately at any Fluent dispensary or contact the call center at +1833 735.8368 to find a satisfactory resolution wherever possible.
We accept returns or exchanges of unopened/unused products in its original packaging, within 7 days of purchase.
If you have opened the product and are unsatisfied in any way, it may be exchanged for a replacement at the dispensary of purchase within 10 days. Product can be replaced, or a credit may be applied to the account for the next purchase. If you have any further questions or want to get in touch, please contact the Fluent call center or speak with your local store manager.
All product returns must be reviewed and approved on-site by the store manager. We are always willing to hear your concerns and work towards a solution.
