FLUENT stands behind the medication and accessories sold across all dispensaries. Should you feel there is an issue with your products, please notify a curator immediately at any FLUENT dispensary or contact the call center at 833.735.8368 to find a satisfactory resolution wherever possible.
We accept returns or exchanges of unopened/unused products in its original packaging, within 7 days of purchase. If you have opened the product and are unsatisfied in any way, It may be exchanged or a replacement at any Florida FLUENT dispensary within 10 days of purchase. Product can be replaced, or a credit may be applied to the account for the next purchase.
All product returns must be reviewed and approved on-site by the store manager. We are always willing to hear your concerns and work towards a solution.
