At FLUENT, we prioritize a convenient and accessible shopping experience for our patients and caregivers. We are excited to announce the expansion of our legal cannabis delivery service, now offering both medical and adult-use delivery in select regions of New York State. For medical delivery, we serve 20+ counties across the state. Adult-use delivery is available from our New York City and Kingston locations, with plans to expand to additional regions in the near future.

What do I need to order Medical-Use cannabis delivery from FLUENT?
- Patients must be registered with FLUENT by providing us with an active NYS Medical Cannabis patient certification prior to placing a delivery order.
- New and returning patients can send their documents to info@etainhealth.com. Once a patient’s account is updated in our system, a valid state issued photo ID must be presented upon receiving an order.
What do I need to order Adult-Use Cannabis delivery from FLUENT?
- Adults 21+ can place orders for adult-use delivery in select regions of New York State. We deliver from New York City and Kingston to eligible areas (see list below).
- Recipient Requirement: The person named on the order must be present with a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery.
- Delivery Restrictions:
  - Deliveries must be received by the person whose name is on the order.
  - We cannot deliver to anyone other than the individual named in the order, and only upon verifying the identity and age of the individual.
  - Deliveries are only permitted in New York State (in participating regions) and cannot be delivered to: Anyone inside a motor vehicle, locations other than residential properties, including short- and long-term residences and private businesses, public buildings, spaces, or parks, and Community Centers, school grounds, daycare centers, or houses of worship.
How do I place a Medical-Use Cannabis delivery order at FLUENT?
- Accepted payment: We are currently accepting cash and Canpay.
- Order minimum: All orders from Syracuse must be $100 after discounts and all orders from all other locations must be $50 after discounts.
- Placed before 5pm for next day delivery: Any order changes after 5pm may delay the date of delivery.
- Delivery updates: Reply ‘Yes’ to OnFleet messages from (833) 429-4786.
- Exchanges: Any order that requires a product exchange follow-up must be done in-store.
How do I place a Adult-Use Cannabis delivery order at FLUENT?
- Accepted payment: Pay By Bank, available at online checkout.
- Order minimum: $100 before tax.
- Ordering Window: Orders can be placed up to six days in advance, but we recommend ordering two days prior to your desired delivery date to ensure availability.
- Delivery updates: Reply ‘Yes’ to OnFleet messages from (833) 429-4786.
- No exchanges: Any order that requires a product exchange follow up must be done in store.
