Position Summary
As a Key Holder, you play a critical role in supporting daily dispensary operations while delivering an exceptional patient experience. You may be the first point of contact for patients entering the dispensary, helping create a welcoming environment and providing education on Fluent products and their safe use.
Working closely with the store leadership team, you will assist patients in identifying products that best meet their needs, maintain operational excellence, and support store opening and closing procedures. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, strengthen patient relationships, and turn first-time visitors into loyal Fluent customers.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
Perform opening and closing procedures accurately and efficiently.Ensure compliance with cash-handling policies and safeguard company assets.Open, close, secure, and monitor dispensary operations, including alarm activation and deactivation.Conduct daily inventory counts and batch inventory audits.Receive and process deliveries according to company procedures.Distribute and reconcile cash drawers.Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant dispensary environment.Assist with deliveries and operational tasks as needed.
Patient Experience
Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate products using available resources.Educate patients on product offerings and the benefits of medical cannabis.Document customer interactions and actions taken.Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.Follow up on patient inquiries requiring additional research or support.
Team Collaboration
Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented workplace culture.Communicate effectively with store leadership regarding operational updates and customer concerns.Support colleagues and contribute to overall store performance and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or GED.Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.Previous experience as a Fluent Curator.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree.Previous dispensary or cannabis industry experience.

Work Environment
This position operates in a professional retail dispensary environment and routinely uses computers, tablets, telephones, and other standard office equipment.
Employees may be asked to assist in other areas of the business based on operational needs. Flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to support overall company objectives are essential for success in this role.

Fluent Cannabis, a leading vertically integrated medical cannabis company operating in Florida, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Michigan, is seeking a Senior Cultivation Technician to support daily cultivation operations within a regulated medical cannabis production facility.
This role is ideal for experienced cultivation professionals who thrive in fast-paced, highly regulated horticultural environments and enjoy leading by example. The Senior Cultivation Technician serves as a key operational resource, providing guidance to team members, supporting cultivation activities throughout the plant lifecycle, and assisting with process improvements, organization, and labor allocation across the cultivation department.
Key Responsibilities:
Train and mentor cultivation team members on best practices and SOPs.Support all stages of cannabis cultivation, including propagation, transplanting, pruning, watering, harvesting, and post-harvest processing.Maintain compliance with company procedures, GMP, GACP, and state regulations.Monitor quality standards, collect operational data, and complete required documentation.Assist supervisors with workflow coordination and task execution.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Adapt to changing operational priorities and provide support where needed.
Qualifications:
Experience in horticulture, agriculture, plant production, nursery, or cultivation environmentsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructionsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a physically demanding environment
