Rosemary Peach Cannabliss Mocktail

Fizz up the magic this holiday season with a Rosemary Peach Cannabliss Mocktail!

Servings: 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 peach chopped
  • 2 oz rosemary simple syrup
  • 4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Ice
  • Club soda
  • Garnish: rosemary sprigs peach slices
  • 1 serving of your preferred cannabis tincture (adjust dose to personal preference) or Etain powder

Make the simple syrup

Combine rosemary, sugar, and water in a pot and let it bubble and boil. Remove from heat and allow the bubbles to calm. Once calm, let the rosemary sprigs infuse their flavor into the sweet liquid for about 15 minutes. Strain out the leaves and let the syrup cool completely before you use it!

Muddle the Magic

Let’s get muddling! Combine the chopped peach, fragrant rosemary syrup, zesty lemon juice, and a few drops of the tincture to a cocktail mixing glass or pint glass. Or scoop your desired amount of Etain Powder into the mixture. (1 scoop = 10mg) Muddle it all together to release the flavors.

Fizz it Up

Fill two glasses with ice. Strain the sweet and tangy mixture into the bottom of the glasses. Top off with the bubbly club soda, giving them a quick stir before serving.

Garnish and Giggle

Garnish with rosemary sprigs and peach slices.

Garnish with a few slices of juicy peach and fragrant rosemary sprigs for a touch of herbal elegance.

Notes for Dosing:

Adjust the amount of tincture based on the desired potency. If serving to multiple people, start with a conservative dose for safety.
