Celebrate National PB&J Day With An Infused Sandwich

Peanut butter and jelly—iconic, nostalgic, and totally satisfying. But what if we told you this classic could be even better? In honor of National PB&J Day, we’re giving the classic sandwich an upgrade with a cannabis infused twist. Perfect for a chill afternoon or a mellow lunch, this infused PB&J brings together your favorite childhood flavors with the wellness benefits of cannabis.

Whether you’re looking to unwind or elevate your edible experience, this recipe is simple, delicious, and totally customizable based on your preferred effects. 

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 1 sandwich
Infusion: Cannabis tincture or infused honey

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of your favorite bread (white, whole wheat, or gluten-free)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 2 tbsp jelly or jam (grape, strawberry, or your favorite fruit)
  • 1 full dropper (or your preferred dose) of cannabis tincture
    (FLUENT’s THC, CBD, or balanced blend drops work perfectly here)
    OR
    1 tsp cannabis-infused honey

Instructions:

  1. Infuse your PB or J:
    • Option 1: Stir your cannabis tincture into the peanut butter until fully mixed.
    • Option 2: Mix the tincture into your jelly, or drizzle cannabis-infused honey over the jam layer.
  2. Assemble your sandwich:
    Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread and jelly on the other. Press together and slice in half if desired.
  3. Enjoy mindfully!
    Wait at least 60–90 minutes to feel the full effects. Remember: edibles hit differently—start low and go slow.
