Ingredients:
For the Dough (or use store-bought):
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup warm water
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Toppings:
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your favorite toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers, etc.)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or garlic oil
For Infusion:
- Your desired dose of THC powder
- Optional: sprinkle of dried oregano, crushed red pepper, hot honey or any other toppings you want to put on your pizza!
Instructions:
1. Make the Dough (skip if using pre-made):
- In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes until bubbly.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 30 minutes (or until doubled).
2. Preheat oven to 300°F.
3. Prep Your Pizza Base:
- Roll out dough into two personal pizza rounds.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza stone.
4. Sauce & Cheese:
- Add tomato sauce and mozzarella. Load up on your favorite toppings.
5. Time to Infuse:
- Mix your THC powder into the olive oil (or garlic oil) until fully dissolved.
- Drizzle evenly over each pizza after baking for best cannabinoid preservation. You can also mix a lower-temp-friendly dose into the tomato sauce before baking for a more subtle effect. We recommended a lower temperature to avoid degradation of the cannabinoids in the powder.
6. Bake It:
- Bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
7. Slice & Savor:
- Let cool slightly. Slice and enjoy your elevated pie. Start low and slow, especially with powerful powder!
Dosing Note:
Because the powder is water-soluble and fast-acting, you can precisely control each serving. Start with a low dose (e.g., 5mg per pizza) and clearly label any infused food if sharing.
